Integral coaching – live in Berlin or online
As an integral coach, I accompany you in your development in professional or other life issues. Together, we explore your coaching concerns and the challenges you face. I support you in developing your authentic self-expression —trusting that you yourself know best what is right for you. By becoming more aware of your thoughts, feelings, and actions, you can live more intuitively and with less effort. You will discover how to move from “I should” to “I want” and why this seemingly tiny difference is so crucial for realizing your potential. My coaching approach is potential- and process-oriented, characterized by resonance and intuition. I also take physical and psychosomatic complaints into account in order to support a holistic development process.

Integral organizational development
I accompany you and your team in intuitively unlocking your organization's potential. Together, we take a self-critical look at the current state of affairs. From the tension between what is and what is possible, we develop concrete steps for a transformation that takes into account both each individual and the organization as a whole.
Processes, structures, and competencies are just as important as a vibrant culture, satisfaction, and motivation. With integral organizational development, you can continuously align your organization for the future—economically, ecologically, and socially. At the same time, you contribute to a society that supports the development of all people and secures our livelihoods.
With this approach, you can tailor methods such as those used in New Work to your specific needs and integrate them effectively into your everyday work.
About me
I (he/Him) am an integral organizational developer, coach, physician, and co-founder of the organic spirits company Abyme, among other things. I am also the father of one child, with whom I live in Berlin with my partner. I want to contribute to a world in which all people can and are allowed to develop their potential and express themselves freely – regardless of gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity, or origin.
As a doctor, I have seen how closely people's health is linked to their social relationships and how little I was often able to help them in my role. At the same time, I myself suffered from the hierarchical organizational structures and profit-oriented focus of the healthcare system, which hindered holistic, patient-centered work.
My desire to work cooperatively, on an equal footing, and in a meaningful way with others led me to co-found the event collective ON!, the DJ duo JoMa Beton, and the organic spirits company Abyme, among other things. With Abyme, we want to make eco-social beverages the norm.
At the same time, I am continuing my education in the areas of New Work, integral organizational development, and integral coaching, and I practice yoga and meditation.
I am part of the Les Enfants Terribles community.

Conditions Coaching
Location & setting:
Live in Berlin or online.
I recommend at least 5 to 10 sessions, each spaced 1-3 weeks apart, to allow for a sufficiently deep process.
Income-based hourly rate:
Preliminary online consultation, 30 min.: free of charge
Trial session: €60 (incl. VAT)
This is where we get to know each other and begin to clarify your concerns.
We will also discuss the hourly fee. This is based on your income and is structured as follows:
€140 (incl. VAT) for people with above-average income (more than €5,500 gross/month).
€100 (incl. VAT) for people with average income (around €4,000 gross/month)
€60 (incl. VAT) for people with low income (less than €2,000 gross/month). Places at this hourly rate are limited.
With this model, I would also like to give people with fewer resources access to legal support.

Free preliminary consultation.
Fees are negotiable and depend on various factors, e.g., annual turnover, profit, and orientation (for profit/non-profit).
Depending on your needs, I work alone or in a team with a colleague from my network.
